Welcome

This system helps you train AI to write in your authentic voice. It’s built around three simple tools:

  1. Voice Bank — Collect and tag your best writing samples.
  2. Voice Profile — Summarize your voice into one page of clear traits.
  3. Style Guide — A half-page checklist AI can follow every time you write.

To use this template: Duplicate this page (top right corner), then open each tool below and start filling it with your own material.

1. Build your Voice Bank (Database)

Start here. This is your library of 6–10 “gold samples” of your writing. Each entry includes metadata (source, format, audience, tone tags, excerpt, etc.) to teach AI what makes your writing unique. Fields are pre-populated for illustration only.

2. Distill into your Voice Profile

Think of this as the mirror of your voice. It condenses the patterns from your Voice Bank into one clear page. When you feed it to your AI partner, it tells the model: this is how I sound, this is the stance I take, this is what I never do. The AI will then use your Voice Profile as a set of guardrails, making its drafts and edits feel more like you.

3. Create your Style Guide

The Voice Bank shows the raw material. The Voice Profile distills it into traits. The Style Guide is the final filter: a practical checklist you (and your AI partner) can use every time you write. It’s short, prescriptive, and designed to keep your drafts aligned with the guardrails you set.
